Refund Policy
Due to intellectual copyrights and copyright infringement, all Construction Video products are non-refundable. Customers can contact technical support if a product arrives damaged and the product has not been opened.
If you would like us to send you a new product due to the one you received being defective just return it within 30 days from the shipping date and we will send you a new one plus the cost of your shipping and handling.
We will request an e-mail stating why the product is being returned. The email must explicitly state what the problem with the returned item was, and which ones were defective if more than one item is contained in the product.
In some cases, we will not refund you for purchases made. Most of the time we will give you an in store credit and in some cases it will require a 20% re-stocking fee. For all the other cases that are actually exceptions to this policy, these cases have been clearly stated above.
